Vietnam_inf.csv	Forest Units Information File with the format ID, Age, Minimum Rotation Age, Group ID, Area
Vietnam_cnt.csv	Adjacency Count File with the format ID, Adjacency Counts
Vietnam_lst.csv	Adjacency List File with the format ID, Adjacent unit IDs

Once the following necessary files are uploaded, then MIP input file "cluster.lp" is created and downloaded automatically.
